| Susan Bernstein - Title: Career Management Coach
- Mission: To help people achieve more satisfying, energizing working lives.
- Style/Approach: “Work from Within” is both the company name and a coaching approach. Susan specializes in helping people find more meaningful and inspiring work. She blends pragmatic cognitive exploration (such as discussing what activities energize them) with attention to emotions and inner awareness that feeds one’s natural intelligence. This approach allows clients to sense into the next steps that are in alignment with their authentic selves. Then, she helps people navigate the practical steps to transform their dreams and desires into reality.

- Education: Susan earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from UC Berkeley, her MA in Clinical Psychology from the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute, and is a PhD candidate in Somatic Psychology at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. She also holds a BS in Economics and Marketing from the University of Arizona, and a certificate in Chinese Language & Culture from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. With gentle, but firm support, she helps clients open up new possibilities for their lives and careers and put them together in unique ways, as well as addressing any fears and obstacles getting in the way of achieving their dreams and goals. She works with some clients in a short-term focused way to achieve a specific goal, and with others over an extended period to grow and develop personally along with achieving their goals. -
Focus: Sharon works with creative people to design a life and career that honors their unique qualities. Using the Life Purpose Process, she helps clients clarify the important elements of their ideal life and career, and then turn those into viable, fulfilling possibilities.
