If your idea of a dream job is making the big bucks in Hollywood signing up new talent and lunching with the movers and shakers on the scene, then this Talent Agent VocationVacations® holiday is for you! But here’s your reality check. It may sound like fun and a million laughs a minute, but ask Tim O’Brien, founder and president of the Clear Talent Group, and he will tell you that the days are long and the work is hard - but more rewarding than you can even dream.
Tim is a pioneer in dance and choreography representation, having launched one of the first departments for dancers and choreographers at LA Talent. Tim began his entertainment career as a dancer, working with directors Francis Ford Coppola and Stephen Spielberg and choreographers Michael Kidd, Pat Birch and Kenny Ortega. Some of his film credits include Xanadu and Grease II, and he has worked with artists such as Gene Kelley, Olivia Newton-John and Donny and Marie Osmond. Tim has served as a consultant for the Screen Actor's Guild and was instrumental in establishing a SAG category for dancers.
Clear Talent is a fast-paced, full-service agency based in Los Angeles and New York, representing actors, dancers, choreographers, directors, artistic directors and more. The agents are grouped in categories: commercials, theatrical, choreography, dance, and theater. Clear Talent is an up-and-coming agency exploding in the industry with great people and….you guessed it, great talent.
While on your Talent Agent VocationVacations® dream job holiday, Tim and his team will mentor you in some of all of the following activities:
- Pitch clients to production companies and studios
- Negotiate contracts
- Work with agents from all departments of agency – dance, choreography, theater and television
- Work with clients
- Attend an audition
- Visit clients on the set
The Talent Agent VocationVacations® holiday includes:
- Two days of one-on-one mentorship in your dream job as a Talent Agent
- The opportunity to participate in a total of one hour of pre- and post-VocationVacation career coaching from an accredited, affiliated VocationVacations career coach
- A pocket-size VocationVacations journal so you can document your dream job becoming a reality
- Light lunches with your mentor

Reservation, Cancellation and Rescheduling Rules and Conditions:
Full
payment of the VocationVacations dream job holiday is required to make
a reservation. A $100 non-refundable fee is assessed if a
VocationVacations experience is cancelled or rescheduled prior to
14-days of the scheduled VocationVacations holiday, based on the
approved availability of the mentor to reschedule. A VocationVacations
adventure cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable if cancelled
within 14 days of the scheduled VocationVacations holiday. Written
notification of cancellation or rescheduling is required in all cases.
In the US, Grounded Nomads, LLC and VocationVacations holidays
encourage all customers to acquire travel insurance to cover any
unforeseen expenses due to cancellation or rescheduling. In the UK,
Grounded Nomads, Ltd and VocationVacations holidays must require all
customers to acquire travel insurance to cover any unforeseen expenses
due to cancellation or rescheduling and provide verification of such
travel insurance to Grounded Nomads, Ltd. |
