Bio:
 I am passionate about helping people move from comfort to possibility, as I did myself recently. After eleven years as a Career Counselor for St. John’s University in NY, working with individuals in career and life transition, I started my own business as a career and life coach. In my career I have worked with hundreds of individuals providing motivation, support, strategies, and challenge while helping them to discover who they are, what they want and how to obtain it. Coaching, for me, is the perfect marriage of my passion for building relationships and helping people to grow and "glow" with renewed energy.
Interest:
Painting, especially landscapes in pastels and acrylics. I am also an avid learner enjoying anything related to personal growth and health, have a passion for treasure hunting at flea markets, thrift stores and garage sales and enjoy decorating with these unique hidden gems full of history. I also enjoy travel, nature, and photography.Favorite Saying: A quote by Alan Alda “You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. Most Unique Opportunity:
Overcoming my extreme shyness! Not only am I not un-comfortable around people anymore – especially those I don’t know – I actually look forward to meeting new people and consistently seek opportunities to do just that! In fact, one of my favorite roles is as a workshop facilitator, connecting with people excited to discover themselves!
Most Unique Adventure:
Completely taking my life and career in a new direction, moving away from my hometown to a new place that I only visited once for a weekend, where I knew no one and becoming an entrepreneur all at the same time. While my life was good, I was living it from a place of "safe and comfortable". So I embarked on a journey of discovery, gaining my own clarity with who I was and what I wanted for my life and career. The journey was often scary...full of "what if's", but equally exciting as I developed new friendships and build my business. My life is better than ever, I am proud of how far I have come and excited about the future!
